Workshops That Challenge and Inspire
At the heart of our retreat are the workshops. We bring in international pole artists who are as warm and encouraging as they are technically exceptional. Past instructors have included Rachael Gisella, Charlotte Polefit and Aerial Allie, with our 2027 lineup featuring Kheanna Walker, Chloe Anderson and Aerial Allie returning for a second year.
Whether you’re working on your flow, refining your spins or pushing into more advanced territory, our workshops are designed to meet you where you are — and take you somewhere new.
A Jaw Dropping Setting
There’s something about moving your body in the Algarve that feels different. Maybe it’s the light. Maybe it’s the air. Maybe it’s the fact that our retreat is based in Lagoa, a sunny Portuguese picturesque town just 10 minutes aways from sandy beaches.
Quinta dos Vales, your accommodation, is a stunning private estate, nestled among the vines. Between workshops, the whole estate is yours – gardens to wander, tennis courts, an infinity pool, a bar and restaurant open every day, including weekends.
And during your free time, Carvoeiro is one transfer away (provided by us). Discover this charming beach town made for sunset strolls, ice cream by the sea and explore the famous boardwalk and coastal caves.

We rise early for a beach pole photoshoot at golden hour, salty air and soft morning light making every shape feel luminous. We gather at sunset for a private outdoor gourmet cinema under the stars. We raise a glass at the end of a long, beautiful day with Pole & Prosecco at our ocean view location in Arrifes. We slow down with a yoga class designed to release everything the body has been quietly carrying. And we discover the region over a wine tasting and a welcome dinner that turns strangers into friends before the week has even properly begun.

There is something that happens when you put a group of pole dancers in a beautiful place, give them shared experiences and a little bit of time – and it’s hard to describe until you’ve lived it. Conversations over dinner that go on longer than anyone planned. Cheering each other on in workshops. The quiet magic of moving together at sunrise with the Atlantic as your backdrop.
Our retreats are intentionally small – just 12 spots in total – because we believe that intimacy is what makes the experience what it is. Every guest is seen, every detail is considered, and every moment is designed to feel special.

Accommodation at Quinta dos Vales includes air conditioning, WiFi, a private kitchenette stocked with a welcome hamper and a mid-stay clean.
Breakfast is served every morning in the beautiful Quinta dos Vales restaurant, overlooking the infinity pool. Group dinners bring everyone together in the evenings.
Transfers between the estate and the studio run every 20 minutes before each workshop, and for anything else – airport, beaches, towns, day trips – just ask us.
