CINEMA

POLICIES

Tickets for cinema experiences are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organiser or venue. Events may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or force majeure. In the event of cancellation, the full value of the purchased ticket will be either refunded or credited toward another screening, at the organiser’s discretion.

SAFETY

Attendees must follow all safety instructions provided by event staff. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive, without refund. The organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where caused by proven negligence. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

EQUIPMENT

Our public cinema experiences are silent. You’ll be provided with state-of-the-art headphones for immersive, high-quality sound. Each attendee is responsible for the headphones issued to them and must return them in good working condition at the end of the event or upon leaving. In the event that headphones are lost, stolen, or damaged, the attendee may be required to pay a replacement fee.

PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING

Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional and documentation purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in photographs or recordings used by the organiser without compensation.

PERSONAL DATA

Any personal data collected (e.g., ticket purchases, mailing lists) will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for event-related purposes.

KARAOKE

POLICIES

A private karaoke party booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (a 25% deposit is required to secure your preferred date). Deposits are fully refundable up to three weeks before your scheduled date. All prices include equipment, setup, host, duration, etc., unless otherwise stated. Weather Contingency: In case of adverse weather conditions on the day of your booking, you will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule for an alternative date and time.

EQUIPMENT & VENUE REQUIREMENTS

The client is responsible for ensuring: Adequate space, power supply, and safe access for equipment setup; A suitable environment free from excessive moisture, sand, or weather exposure (for outdoor events). Any damage to equipment caused by guests, misuse, or negligence may result in repair or replacement charges.

PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING

Photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By booking the service, the client grants permission for the organiser to use such media unless explicitly stated otherwise before the event.

POLE PARTY

A pole party booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (a 25% deposit is required to secure your preferred date). Deposits are fully refundable up to three weeks before your scheduled date. All prices include equipment, setup, host, duration, etc., unless otherwise stated.

SAFETY

Pole activities are physically demanding. Participants confirm they are in good health and able to take part safely. Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. The organiser is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use, overexertion, or failure to follow instructions.

EQUIPMENT

Poles must be used only as instructed and for their intended purpose. No unauthorised modifications, adjustments, or tampering with the equipment are permitted. Oils, lotions, glitter, or substances that compromise grip or safety are not allowed.

POLE STUDIO

POLICIES

Reservations are available up to 2 hours before class on our booking system. A minimum 6-hour cancellation policy applies to all classes. Any class cancelled within 6 hours before it´s start, cannot be refunded and will be considered lost. 

Group classes require a minimum of 2 students to go ahead as scheduled. If a class doesn’t reach this number, we reserve the right to cancel it or combine it with another session. In the event this happens, we’ll notify students with at least at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time, and their respective credit will remain valid for a future session.

All Class Packs have a validity of 1 month. Extensions or refunds will not be offered if the classes are not used within that time frame. Class packs are for individual use and cannot be shared.

Being late and missing the warm up will increase the risk of injury and can also disrupt the class. The Studio’s instructor reserves the right to deny access to the class to any student who arrives more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time and this class will be considered lost.

HIRES

POLICIES

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is fully refundable up until 3 weeks before your event date.

VAT already included.

In the eventuality of bad weather conditions, you will be offered a full refund or the possibility to change for another day or time.

Please note there will be an extra transportation cost for locations outside of the Algarve area.
