What is lollipop lyra entertainment?
A professional aerial performance featuring skilled aerialists dancing on lollipop lyra apparatuses
(aerial hoop mounted on a pole), creating a striking and elegant visual experience.
What space is required for the performance?
An open, levelled area of 2m x 2m with a minimum height of 3.2 metres is required for safe set-up and performance.
When do you arrive and set up?
We arrive ready to perform and can set up up to 1 hour before the scheduled performance time.
Is there flexibility if our event timing changes?
Yes. A 15-minute grace period either side of the scheduled performance time is included.
Delays beyond this may incur an additional charge.
Can you set up earlier or pack up later if needed?
Early set-ups or very late pack-downs are possible by prior arrangement and may incur an additional fee.
How do you manage set-up and dismantling?
All set-up and dismantling is carried out discreetly and professionally, with minimal disruption to your event.
What is included in the Full Aerial Ambience Package?
Chosen bottles and glassware must be provided by the venue, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
How do we secure a booking?
A 25% deposit is required to secure your date. The deposit is fully refundable up to 3 weeks before the event.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes, VAT is included in all quoted prices.
What happens in case of bad weather?
If weather conditions are unsuitable, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Are there additional travel costs?
An extra transport fee applies for events outside the Algarve region.
