POLICIES

Tickets are non-transferable. Tickets may be refunded up to 48 hours before the start of the event.
After this deadline, tickets are non-refundable.

Events proceed in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the organiser.

In the event of cancellation by the organiser or venue due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to technical issues or force majeure), attendees will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund or credit toward a future screening, at the organiser’s discretion.

EVENT EXPERIENCE & GUIDELINES

Our public cinema experiences are silent. All attendees will be provided with headphones for immersive, high-quality audio.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Food and beverages may be available for purchase on site.

We recommend bringing a jacket or sweater for additional comfort during the event, as well as mosquito repellent during warmer months. Please note that insect repellent is not provided.

EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY

Each attendee is responsible for the headphones provided to them and must return them in good working condition at the end of the event.
In the event of loss, theft, or damage, a replacement fee may be charged.

SAFETY & CONDUCT

Attendees must follow all instructions provided by event staff.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive, without refund.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

The organiser is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where caused by proven negligence.

PHOTOGRAPHY & DATA

Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image without compensation. Guests may opt out upon request.

Personal data collected (such as ticket purchases or mailing lists) is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for event-related purposes.

GENERAL

By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to these policies.

View Activities reserves the right to modify event details where necessary due to operational, environmental, or safety reasons.

PRIVATE CINEMA

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

A 25% deposit is required to secure all Private Cinema bookings. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due after the event, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Additional extras (such as popcorn machine usage or additional guests) will be added to the final balance.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, Mbway or direct transfer link.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all transfer fees are covered so that the full agreed amount is received.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least 3 weeks prior to the event date.
Cancellations or changes made within 3 weeks of the event are non-refundable.

Date changes may be accommodated up to 3 weeks prior to the event, subject to availability.
After this point, changes are not guaranteed due to equipment, staffing, and setup planning requirements.

LOCATION, ACCESS & SETUP

Private Cinema experiences are set up in outdoor or private locations provided by the client or agreed with View Activities.

Clients are responsible for ensuring: adequate space for setup and screen installation; safe and accessible vehicle access for equipment loading/unloading; permission to use the location (where applicable).

Setup requirements may vary depending on the location and will be confirmed prior to the event.

We reserve the right to adjust setup positioning or timings where required for safety, visibility, or environmental conditions.

WEATHER & OUTDOOR CONDITIONS

Private Cinema experiences are weather-dependent and take place outdoors. Events will proceed in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the organiser. In the event of cancellation due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to wind, rain, technical issues, or force majeure), the event will be rescheduled or an alternative solution offered.

TIMING & SCHEDULE

Cinema experiences are designed to begin around sunset for optimal screen visibility.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all guests arrive on time. Delays caused by the group may impact setup, viewing time, or overall experience duration.

EQUIPMENT & RESPONSIBILITY

All equipment provided (including screens, projectors, headphones, seating, and optional extras such as popcorn machines) remains the property of View Activities.

Clients are responsible for: respectful use of all equipment; supervision of children (where applicable); reporting any issues during the event.

Any loss, damage, or misuse of equipment may result in a replacement fee.

EXPERIENCE DETAILS & CONTENT

Clients may choose their preferred movie in advance. We may provide suggestions or support in selecting suitable films where needed.

A pre-movie ambience experience may include quizzes, quotes, and personalised surprises arranged by the client.

SAFETY & CONDUCT

Attendees must follow all instructions provided by event staff.

We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.

The organiser is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where caused by proven negligence.

GOURMET CINEMA

Prices are based on final confirmed guest numbers and selected menu concept.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, Mbway or direct transfer link.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all transfer fees are covered so that the full agreed amount is received.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 3 weeks prior to the event date. Cancellations or changes made within 3 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Date changes may be accommodated up to 3 weeks prior to the event, subject to availability.

After this point, changes are not guaranteed due to chef planning, ingredient sourcing, and production scheduling.

GUEST NUMBERS & PRICING

Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 3 weeks prior to the event date.
After this deadline, the confirmed number of guests will be considered final and charged accordingly.

Reductions in guest numbers after this point are non-refundable.
Increases in guest numbers remain subject to availability and logistical approval.

EXPERIENCE TIMING & DURATION

Gourmet Cinema experiences are designed to begin at sunset for optimal atmosphere and screen visibility.

The experience includes a 30-minute pre-show sunset ambience, followed by the main screening and curated food service throughout the film. Additional time beyond the agreed schedule may be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional charge.

Set-up and dismantling typically require 2–3 hours before the event, depending on the venue. Dismantling is generally quicker and may take less time.

LOCATION, ACCESS & SETUP

The client is responsible for ensuring the villa or location is suitable for outdoor setup, including access, space, and any required permissions.

This is a fully mobile experience hosted at private villas or approved locations provided by the client. Clients are responsible for ensuring:
– sufficient space for cinema installation and dining setup
– safe and accessible vehicle access for equipment and catering logistics
– permission to use the location (where applicable)

Any additional travel outside the Algarve may incur extra transport costs.

Final setup details will be confirmed in advance based on the selected venue.

WEATHER & OUTDOOR CONDITIONS

Gourmet Cinema experiences are outdoor-based and weather-dependent.

Events proceed in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the organiser.

In the event of cancellation due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to wind, rain, technical failure, or force majeure), clients will be offered either a full refund, or the option to reschedule the experience.

FOOD, MENU & SERVICE

Each Gourmet Cinema experience includes a fully curated themed menu inspired by the selected film.

Menus are designed, prepared, and served in timed sequences throughout the screening to match key moments in the movie.

All dietary requirements must be communicated in advance and may be subject to feasibility depending on the menu concept.

We reserve the right to adjust menu elements based on seasonal availability and ingredient sourcing, while maintaining the integrity of the experience.

ADD-ONS & CUSTOM EXPERIENCES

Optional extras such as cinema machines, immersive characters, drone footage, or extended service time must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability.

Custom movie concepts require a minimum of 3 weeks notice and include an additional creative development fee where applicable.

EQUIPMENT & RESPONSIBILITY

All equipment provided, including cinema systems, seating, lighting, and dining setups, remains the property of View Activities.

Clients are responsible for: ensuring respectful use of all equipment; supervising children where applicable; reporting any issues during the experience.

Any damage, loss, or misuse of equipment may result in a replacement fee.

Extra time (before or after the session) will be charged according to the pricing structure agreed at booking.

GROUP EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITY

Karaoke Nights are designed as private group experiences hosted at villas or agreed locations.

The client is responsible for ensuring a suitable environment for the setup, including adequate space, safe access, and any required permissions.

The client is also responsible for ensuring all participants are informed of the event details, timing, and policies.

LOCATION & SETUP

Karaoke setups may take place indoors or outdoors depending on the venue.
We will always adapt the setup based on space and conditions, including use of screens and lighting to ensure the best experience possible.

Set-up and dismantling typically require approximately 1–2 hours before and after the event, depending on the venue. Dismantling is generally faster and may take less time.

Clients must ensure safe and accessible vehicle access for equipment loading and unloading.

TIMING & EXTRA TIME

Karaoke sessions are booked for a fixed duration (1.5 hours).
Additional time is available subject to availability and charged per 30-minute extension.

Sessions starting after 10pm are subject to a late-night fee as outlined in pricing.

Delays caused by the group may reduce overall experience time.

WEATHER & OUTDOOR CONDITIONS

Karaoke Nights may take place indoors or outdoors depending on the booking.

Outdoor events proceed in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.
In the event of cancellation due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a reschedule or refund.

All equipment provided (including microphones, projector, screens, lighting, and sound systems) remains the property of View Activities.

Clients are responsible for: respectful use of all equipment; supervision of children where applicable; reporting any issues during the event.

CONDUCT & SAFETY

We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.

Alcohol consumption is permitted unless otherwise restricted by the client or venue, but guests must remain in safe and respectful condition throughout the experience.

The organiser is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where caused by proven negligence.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

Photography, video, and promotional content may be captured during the experience.

By attending, guests consent to the use of their image unless otherwise requested.

ADD-ONS & EXTRAS

Optional extras such as popcorn machines, cocktail bars or drone footage, must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability.

Transport surcharges may apply for locations outside the Algarve.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & GROUP SIZE

Final group numbers must be confirmed at least 3 weeks prior to the event date. Deposits are refundable, and cancellations or changes can be made up to this point.

After this deadline, the confirmed group size is final and will be charged accordingly.
Reductions in group size, cancellations, or changes are non-refundable. Increases in group size remain subject to availability.

The client booking the event is responsible for coordinating the group and ensuring all participants are informed of the details and policies.

LOCATION & SETUP

Pole party experiences may take place in outdoor or public locations.

By booking, clients acknowledge that: outdoor locations are not private; members of the public may be present; weather conditions may affect the experience. We will always aim to provide the best possible setup and may recommend alternative times or locations to enhance privacy and comfort.

Clients must follow all location guidelines and respect public spaces at all times.

TIMING & ARRIVAL

The group must arrive on time for the scheduled start. Delays caused by the group may result in reduced activity time.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation of the session without refund.

ALCOHOL & BEHAVIOUR

Alcohol consumption is not permitted before or during the activity unless part of a pre-arranged package (e.g. open bar).

Participants must remain in a safe and respectful condition throughout the experience. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner, without refund.

SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY

Pole dance is a physical activity. By participating, all clients confirm they are in suitable physical condition and take part at their own risk.

View Activities is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from participation.

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. We do not accept liability for loss, theft, or damage.

Any damage caused to equipment or third-party property must be fully compensated by the responsible individual(s).

We reserve the right to refuse participation for safety reasons or non-compliance with these policies, without refund.

PHOTOGRAPHY & EXPERIENCE

Time is included during the session for photos and videos.

Photography and video may also be captured by our team for promotional purposes. Clients will be informed and may opt out at any time.

LOCATION & SPACE REQUIREMENTS

Pole Rentals may take place at designated outdoor locations or private villas/venues agreed with View Activities.

For private locations, the client is responsible for ensuring the chosen location is suitable for setup, including adequate space, safe access, and any required permissions.

For X-Stage setup, a minimum clear space of approximately 7m x 2m with level ground is required per pole.
We reserve the right to refuse setup if the location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

SETUP & EQUIPMENT

All equipment is provided and installed by the View Activities team, including X-Stage poles and supporting accessories.

Set-up and dismantling take approximately 45 minutes per session.

All equipment remains the property of View Activities.

Clients are responsible for ensuring respectful use of all equipment during the rental period.

The use of high heels is not permitted, as they may damage the base of the X-Stage equipment.

Any damage caused to equipment or third-party property will be charged accordingly.

SUPERVISION & RESPONSIBILITY

Pole Rentals are self-practice experiences. No instructor is included unless specifically booked as an add-on.

A member of staff may be present on-site for assistance and safety supervision.

Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own physical condition and safe use of equipment.

We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.

Equipment must be used responsibly and safely at all times. We reserve the right to stop the session or refuse participation if behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.

Alcohol consumption before or during the rental is not recommended for safety reasons.

ADD-ONS

Optional extras such as additional poles, instructors, drone footage, lyra experiences, or extra time must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

TRAVEL & LOCATION FEES

Additional transport costs may apply for locations outside the Algarve region.

POLE STUDIO

POLICIES

Reservations can be made up to 2 hours before the class via our booking system. A minimum 6-hour cancellation policy applies. Classes cancelled within 6 hours of the start time are non-refundable and will be considered lost.

Group classes require a minimum of 2 participants. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or merge sessions due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances, including instructor illness or emergencies. In this case, clients will be notified in advance and class credit will remain valid.

All class packs are valid for 1 month, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared. Unused classes within this period will be forfeited. Clients are responsible for selecting the appropriate class or package for their needs.

Clients must arrive on time. Entry may be refused if arriving more than 10 minutes late, and the class will be considered lost.

All classes and activities are conducted in English. By booking or purchasing any service, clients confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, which may be updated at any time.

STUDIO RULES

For safety reasons, all jewellery must be removed before class. Alcohol consumption before or during classes is not permitted unless explicitly authorised. Chewing gum is not allowed during sessions.

Participants must wear appropriate sportswear. Lingerie, underwear as outerwear, or see-through clothing is not permitted. Shoes must be removed upon entering the studio.

Smoking is not permitted on the premises. Visitors are only allowed with prior approval.

SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY

Pole and aerial activities are physically demanding. By participating, clients confirm they are in suitable physical condition and take part at their own risk.

View Activities is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from participation, nor for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, including items stored on the premises.

Any damage caused to equipment, the studio, or third-party property must be fully compensated by the responsible individual(s).

We reserve the right to refuse access or remove participants from classes for safety reasons, misconduct, or non-compliance with our policies, without refund. 

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

All bookings must be made online and paid in full prior to the class or package start. We reserve the right to refuse participation in case of unpaid services. 

PHOTOGRAPHY & DATA

Photography and video may be taken during classes for promotional purposes. Clients will be informed and may opt out at any time.

Personal information is collected for administrative and marketing purposes only and handled confidentially. Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

The studio may close on public holidays or operate reduced schedules without compensation. Missed classes are non-refundable, though exceptions may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

AERIAL ENTERTAINMENT AND PERFORMANCES

Aerial performances require a safe, stable, and suitable performance area.
The client is responsible for ensuring the location is suitable for setup, including adequate space, level ground, safe access, and any required permissions.

Minimum setup requirements include approximately 2m x 2m of level ground and a minimum height clearance of 3.2m.

We reserve the right to refuse setup or performance if the location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

A maximum 30 minute setup and dismantling are handled by our team and included in the service.

WEATHER & OUTDOOR CONDITIONS

Aerial performances are outdoor-based and weather-dependent.

Events proceed in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the organiser.
In the event of cancellation due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to wind, rain, or equipment safety concerns), clients will be offered a reschedule or refund.

PERFORMANCE & EXPERIENCE

Performances may include solo or group choreographed aerial acts, guest interaction, posing, and optional immersive elements depending on the package selected.

For ambience packages, guest interaction such as posing or drinks service may be included, subject to safety and performer discretion.

All performance music is selected from the View Activities music catalogue, with specific requests available upon prior arrangement.

EQUIPMENT & RESPONSIBILITY

All equipment (including freestanding aerial rigs such as Lollipop Lyra) remains the property of View Activities.

Clients are responsible for ensuring respectful interaction with performers and equipment.

Any damage caused to equipment or third-party property will be charged accordingly.

SAFETY & CONDUCT

For safety reasons, guests must follow all instructions provided by performers or staff.

We reserve the right to pause or stop a performance if conditions are deemed unsafe.

We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive, without refund.

The organiser is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where caused by proven negligence.

FOOD, DRINKS & VENUE RESPONSIBILITY

For ambience packages including drinks service, all beverages and glassware must be provided by the venue or client.

Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate handling of alcohol service within the venue’s legal and safety guidelines.

Additional time, extra performers, or custom concepts will be added to the final balance.

EXPERIENCE & PERFORMANCE

Immersive Characters are designed to enhance the atmosphere of an event through interactive presence, movement, and visual storytelling.

Performances may include: character interaction with guests; posing for photos and videos; choreographed movement sequences; ambient roaming throughout the space.

Unless otherwise agreed, performances are not stage shows but immersive, roaming experiences.

We reserve the right to adapt performance style or positioning based on the venue and safety considerations.

For outdoor events, performances proceed in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.

In the event of cancellation due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to extreme heat, rain, or safety concerns), clients will be offered a reschedule or refund.

SAFETY & CONDUCT

Guests must treat performers with respect at all times.

We reserve the right to stop the performance or remove performers from the event if behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Performers are not permitted to engage in unsafe physical interaction with guests.

Tickets are non-transferable. Tickets may be refunded up to 48 hours before the start of the event.

In the event of cancellation by the organiser or venue due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to technical issues or force majeure), attendees will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund or credit toward a future screening, at the organiser’s discretion.

EVENT EXPERIENCE & GUIDELINES

Our public cinema experiences are silent. All attendees will be provided with headphones for immersive, high-quality audio.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Food and beverages may be available for purchase on site.

We recommend bringing a jacket or sweater for additional comfort during the event, as well as mosquito repellent during warmer months. Please note that insect repellent is not provided.

EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY

Each attendee is responsible for the headphones provided to them and must return them in good working condition at the end of the event.
In the event of loss, theft, or damage, a replacement fee may be charged.

SAFETY & CONDUCT

Attendees must follow all instructions provided by event staff.

All equipment provided (including screens, projectors, headphones, seating, and optional extras such as popcorn machines) remains the property of View Activities.

EXPERIENCE TIMING & DURATION

Gourmet Cinema experiences are designed to begin at sunset for optimal atmosphere and screen visibility.

The experience includes a 30-minute pre-show sunset ambience, followed by the main screening and curated food service throughout the film. Additional time beyond the agreed schedule may be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional charge.

Set-up and dismantling typically require 2–3 hours before the event, depending on the venue. Dismantling is generally quicker and may take less time.

LOCATION, ACCESS & SETUP

The client is responsible for ensuring the villa or location is suitable for outdoor setup, including access, space, and any required permissions.

This is a fully mobile experience hosted at private villas or approved locations provided by the client. Clients are responsible for ensuring:
– sufficient space for cinema installation and dining setup
– safe and accessible vehicle access for equipment and catering logistics
– permission to use the location (where applicable)

Any additional travel outside the Algarve may incur extra transport costs.

Final setup details will be confirmed in advance based on the selected venue.

Karaoke setups may take place indoors or outdoors depending on the venue.
We will always adapt the setup based on space and conditions, including use of screens and lighting to ensure the best experience possible.

Set-up and dismantling typically require approximately 1–2 hours before and after the event, depending on the venue. Dismantling is generally faster and may take less time.

Clients must ensure safe and accessible vehicle access for equipment loading and unloading.

Karaoke sessions are booked for a fixed duration (1.5 hours).
Additional time is available subject to availability and charged per 30-minute extension.

Sessions starting after 10pm are subject to a late-night fee as outlined in pricing.

Clients must follow all location guidelines and respect public spaces at all times.

TIMING & ARRIVAL

The group must arrive on time for the scheduled start. Delays caused by the group may result in reduced activity time.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation of the session without refund.

ALCOHOL & BEHAVIOUR

Alcohol consumption is not permitted before or during the activity unless part of a pre-arranged package (e.g. open bar).

Participants must remain in a safe and respectful condition throughout the experience. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner, without refund.

For X-Stage setup, a minimum clear space of approximately 7m x 2m with level ground is required per pole.
We reserve the right to refuse setup if the location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

SETUP & EQUIPMENT

All equipment is provided and installed by the View Activities team, including X-Stage poles and supporting accessories.

Set-up and dismantling take approximately 45 minutes per session.

All equipment remains the property of View Activities.

Clients are responsible for ensuring respectful use of all equipment during the rental period.

The use of high heels is not permitted, as they may damage the base of the X-Stage equipment.

Any damage caused to equipment or third-party property will be charged accordingly.

SUPERVISION & RESPONSIBILITY

Pole Rentals are self-practice experiences. No instructor is included unless specifically booked as an add-on.

A member of staff may be present on-site for assistance and safety supervision.

Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own physical condition and safe use of equipment.

We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.

POLICIES

Reservations can be made up to 2 hours before the class via our booking system. A minimum 6-hour cancellation policy applies. Classes cancelled within 6 hours of the start time are non-refundable and will be considered lost.

Group classes require a minimum of 2 participants. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or merge sessions due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances, including instructor illness or emergencies. In this case, clients will be notified in advance and class credit will remain valid.

All class packs are valid for 1 month, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared. Unused classes within this period will be forfeited. Clients are responsible for selecting the appropriate class or package for their needs.

Clients must arrive on time. Entry may be refused if arriving more than 10 minutes late, and the class will be considered lost.

All classes and activities are conducted in English. By booking or purchasing any service, clients confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, which may be updated at any time.

STUDIO RULES

For safety reasons, all jewellery must be removed before class. Alcohol consumption before or during classes is not permitted unless explicitly authorised. Chewing gum is not allowed during sessions.

Participants must wear appropriate sportswear. Lingerie, underwear as outerwear, or see-through clothing is not permitted. Shoes must be removed upon entering the studio.

Smoking is not permitted on the premises. Visitors are only allowed with prior approval.

Pole and aerial activities are physically demanding. By participating, clients confirm they are in suitable physical condition and take part at their own risk.

A maximum 30 minute setup and dismantling are handled by our team and included in the service.

All performance music is selected from the View Activities music catalogue, with specific requests available upon prior arrangement.

All equipment (including freestanding aerial rigs such as Lollipop Lyra) remains the property of View Activities.

Clients are responsible for ensuring respectful interaction with performers and equipment.

We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive, without refund.

The organiser is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where caused by proven negligence.

FOOD, DRINKS & VENUE RESPONSIBILITY

For ambience packages including drinks service, all beverages and glassware must be provided by the venue or client.

Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate handling of alcohol service within the venue’s legal and safety guidelines.

TRANSPORT & LOCATION FEES

Additional transport costs may apply for locations outside the Algarve region.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

Photography, video, and promotional content may be captured during performances.

By attending, guests consent to the use of their image unless otherwise requested.

GENERAL

By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these policies on behalf of all participants.

View Activities reserves the right to adjust or adapt performances where necessary due to safety, weather, or operational requirements.

IMMERSIVE CHARACTERS

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

A 25% deposit is required to secure all Immersive Character bookings. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Additional time, extra performers, or custom concepts will be added to the final balance.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, Mbway or direct transfer link. Clients are responsible for ensuring all transfer fees are covered so that the full agreed amount is received.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 3 weeks prior to the event date.
Cancellations or changes made within 3 weeks of the event are non-refundable.

Date changes may be accommodated up to 3 weeks prior to the event, subject to availability.

After this point, changes are not guaranteed due to performer scheduling, costume preparation, and logistics.

EXPERIENCE & PERFORMANCE

Immersive Characters are designed to enhance the atmosphere of an event through interactive presence, movement, and visual storytelling.

Performances may include: character interaction with guests; posing for photos and videos; choreographed movement sequences; ambient roaming throughout the space.

Unless otherwise agreed, performances are not stage shows but immersive, roaming experiences.

Performance duration is agreed at the time of booking, with a minimum of 1 hour.

THEMES & CUSTOM CONCEPTS

Clients may select from available themes or request a custom concept.

Custom themes require advance notice and may incur additional fees for costume design, sourcing, and preparation.

We reserve the right to adapt costumes or performance details based on availability, practicality, and artistic direction while maintaining the overall theme.

LOCATION, ACCESS & SETUP

Immersive Character experiences take place at private villas, venues, or approved locations provided by the client.

The client is responsible for ensuring: adequate space for performers to move safely; safe and accessible entry for performers; a suitable environment for costumes and performance conditions.

We reserve the right to adapt performance style or positioning based on the venue and safety considerations.

WEATHER & OUTDOOR CONDITIONS

For outdoor events, performances proceed in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.

In the event of cancellation due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to extreme heat, rain, or safety concerns), clients will be offered a reschedule or refund.

SAFETY & CONDUCT

Guests must treat performers with respect at all times.

We reserve the right to stop the performance or remove performers from the event if behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Performers are not permitted to engage in unsafe physical interaction with guests.

EQUIPMENT, COSTUMES & RESPONSIBILITY

All costumes, props, and performance elements remain the property of View Activities.

Guests must not handle costumes or props unless explicitly invited to do so by the performer.

Any damage caused to costumes, props, or accessories may result in a replacement or repair fee.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

Photography and video recording may take place during the experience for promotional purposes.

By attending, guests consent to the use of their image unless otherwise requested.

Clients are encouraged to capture photos and videos, provided it does not interfere with the performers or experience.

TRANSPORT & LOCATION FEES

Additional transport costs may apply for locations outside the Algarve region.
